Anais Perilleux

Anaïs Périlleux is Assistant Professor at UCLouvain. She is a member of the research centers CIRTES, IRES and CERMi. She primarily studies the specificities of social enterprises (NPO, cooperative organizations, social business, etc.). These organizations combine economic activity and social purpose. They are distinguished mainly by their mode of governance and ownership structure, the social impact they generate and the resources they mobilize. Anaïs has published, in management and economics journals, on topics such as the impact of social enterprise governance (generally more democratic and participatory) on their economic and social performance, the challenges that social impact assessment generates for social enterprises, and the determinants of success of social crowdfunding.
